Dr. Brian J. Wright is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Emergency Medicine at Stony Brook School of Medicine.  Dr. Wright also serves as an attending physician in the Emergency Department at University Hospital at Stony Brook.  He graduated from the State University of New York Health Science Center in Syracuse in 2004, completed a residency in Emergency Medicine at SUNY Downstate/Kings County Hospital followed by a fellowship in Critical Care Medicine at North Shore University Hospital.  Dr. Wright’s research interests include lung protective strategies in mechanical ventilation, and he is a national speaker on pulmonary issues.
