Steve Waye leads product strategy and tech innovation for EvidenceCare’s physician engagement and clinical insights tools. Following the acquisition of Agathos (now CareInsights), he brings deep expertise in healthcare analytics and physician performance improvement to enhance EvidenceCare’s BetterCare platform.

Prior to joining EvidenceCare, Steve co-founded and served as President of Agathos, pioneering physician performance insights that improved care delivery across numerous health systems. His leadership was instrumental in developing tools that facilitate better data-driven decision making within the acute care space.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Pennsylvania and has extensive experience in healthcare technology operations, product management (A-CSPO), and entrepreneurship.

Steve lives in Denver with his wife and two boys, where you can probably find him outside on a bike or on a board (or otherwise wishing he was).
