Andrew Trees serves as VP, Head of CareInsights, at EvidenceCare, where he oversees strategic direction and operational excellence of the division’s trusted clinical variation feedback platform. He supports business development, value appraisal, ROI modeling, and strategic marketing.

Prior to joining EvidenceCare, Andrew co-founded Agathos and served as CEO, where he built an innovative behavior change platform that transformed physician practice patterns across numerous health systems through properly-attributed, process-level, peer-comparison insights. Prior to Agathos, Andrew worked in management consulting with ClearView Healthcare Partners and IMS Health (now IQVIA).

He holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Biology and Philosophy of Science, as well as a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, concentrating in Finance.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with family, serving his local communities, and doing Colorado things (golfing, skiing, mountain biking, anything outside).
