Amy Deaton is a seasoned healthcare technology executive with over two decades of experience driving innovation and operational excellence. As President & Chief Operating Officer of EvidenceCare, Amy leads the company’s operations and client delivery, ensuring measurable value for health systems nationwide.

Since joining EvidenceCare in 2020, Amy has been instrumental in transforming the company’s culture and fueling its rapid growth. Her strategic leadership and deep industry expertise have positioned EvidenceCare as a leader in the clinical decision support market, delivering innovative solutions that streamline clinical workflows and enhance care delivery.

Before EvidenceCare, Amy held executive roles at Cumberland Consulting Group (now Tegria) and Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC Technology), where she led large-scale implementations and clinical transformation initiatives for some of the nation’s largest healthcare systems.

Amy earned a bachelor’s degree in Consumer Science from the University of Wisconsin and is an influential leader in Nashville’s healthcare community. She is a 2023 Nashville Health Care Council Fellows alumna and was named a 2024 Nashville Business Journal Women of Influence honoree. Dedicated to connecting with colleagues in the industry and empowering future leaders, Amy actively participates in organizations such as CHIME, Women in Technology of Tennessee, Nashville Health Care Council, and Women’s Business League.

When not advancing healthcare technology, Amy remains committed to her community through local volunteerism and champions leadership development across industries.
