Devan is a developer on the team, where he primarily works on the backend. His day-to-day work spans a good portion of the stack, including writing database stored procedures, building service APIs, handling product deployment and DevOps, and developing internal UI configuration interfaces.

He joined EvidenceCare while he was still working on his bachelor’s thesis and has since worked across backend, full-stack, and infrastructure development. Before joining the team, he worked remotely on government and enterprise systems, including projects for public-sector clients. What draws him most is the infrastructure side of the job: how systems are deployed, scaled, and kept running reliably. He enjoys exploring and building solutions to recurring day-to-day problems. His interest in technology started with competitive programming during his freshman year.

Devan graduated from the University of Brawijaya’s Faculty of Computer Science. Teaching has been part of his journey throughout, from mentoring university students and leading workshops to teaching vocational students. He sees helping others as an act of unconditional love and one of the best ways to sharpen and preserve his own knowledge.
