Aliya serves as a liaison between clients and internal teams to drive product adoption, ensure KPIs are met, strengthen stakeholder partnerships, and align solutions effectively with customer needs. Her work at EvidenceCare centers on delivering measurable outcomes that lead to client satisfaction and retention.

Before entering the health tech SaaS space, Aliya held leadership roles in value-based care integration, market expansion, and operations for Village Medical, a national primary care network and ACO. She led the implementation of more than 10 new and acquired practices—including sites launched in partnership with Walgreens—overseeing new-builds, EHR integration, and provider and staff onboarding.

Aliya began her career in nonprofit health equity work before being recruited to Emory Healthcare, where she advanced through leadership positions in clinic operations, project management, and business development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, skiing, exploring new foods, and being both dance Mom and chauffeur to her 10-year-old!
