Amy Sikes is a Clinical Director at EvidenceCare, bringing extensive experience in utilization review and appeals. She leverages her expertise to provide critical clinical insights and build strong client partnerships. Amy is also part of the go-live team, educating providers on the use of AdmissionCare.

Previously, she served as a Senior Appeals Analyst at Optum, where she reviewed hospital denials for potential appeals and conducted root cause analyses. Before that, she was the Supervisor of Clinical Operations at Aspirion, collaborating with hospitals nationwide on clinical denials.

Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Polk State College and dual bachelor’s degrees in Management Information Systems and Management from Florida State University. Residing in North Florida, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Pippa.
