As the VP of Clinical Strategy, Carol oversees strategic initiatives, ensures client success, and drives clinical product development. She also supports sales and ensures alignment between clinical objectives and organizational goals. Combining her deep clinical expertise with strategic vision and a client-centric focus, Carol plays a key role in driving growth and innovation.

She has over 25 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Operations and has an extensive background in decision support, denials management, and utilization review. Carol has worked for large health care systems such as Novant Health, Wellstar Health System, University Hospital, and Academic Medical center, AU Health.

She graduated in Canada from a diploma nursing school and obtained her BSN from University of South Carolina and her MBA from Brenau University.
