Kate Burger focuses on clinical strategy and engagement for CareGauge at EvidenceCare. She partners with Client Success and Product Development to create tailored clinical strategies for each client to help optimize product utilization to meet their unique needs. Kate draws on her clinical perspective and extensive nursing background to provide meaningful insight and ensure solutions are grounded in real-world care delivery.

Prior to joining EvidenceCare, Kate held several nursing leadership positions and led multiple service lines at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as well as several other leading academic medical centers. She earned her BSN from Fairfield University and her MSN in Nursing Management from Walden University. Kate was also the first graduate of the Administrative Nursing Fellowship at VUMC.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys playing recreational volleyball year-round and is an avid baker and cook. She lives in Franklin, Tennessee, with her husband, two teenagers, two dogs, and a rescued cat.
