Kayla Baugh serves as the Director of Clinical Revenue Cycle Integration and partners with clients to deliver an exceptional experience with AdmissionCare that leads to transformational and innovative healthcare solutions.

Kayla is a multi-faceted healthcare leader and has served in corporate revenue cycle and utilization management for six years at the largest healthcare corporation in the country. At that time, Kayla found her passion for efficiency and value of healthcare delivery systems by providing analytical and problem resolution within clinical and revenue cycle products, ensuring regulatory compliance to exceed the needs of customers through hospital reimbursement models and exceeding key performance indicators to overall decrease payer denials and increase revenue.

Nursing is a devotion of Kayla’s as she continues to mentor the next generation of nurses as a Professor for a Nursing and Public Health University. Prior to starting teaching in 2019, she was a critical care and progressive care nurse for a non-profit hospital.

Kayla holds a Master of Science in Nursing Education and a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Kayla resides in Northeast Florida and enjoys spending her leisure time with family, whether that time is on a sporting field or the Florida coastline.
