Previously, Mike led quality assurance efforts at Tyrannosaurus Tech, implementing processes that improved product reliability, ushered in automated testing, and increased workflow efficiency. He began his career in IT support and has over a decade of experience in software quality and customer support.

When not at work, Mike uses his free time, love of gaming, and community organization to raise money on Twitch for the American Heart Association. He lives in Cary, North Carolina, with his partner, Carlton, and their spoiled cat, Tulip.
