Spencer Holleman leads the strategy and execution of all marketing and branding initiatives at EvidenceCare. He oversees demand generation, brand positioning, and sales messaging, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and content creation that drives growth.
Prior to joining EvidenceCare, Spencer served as Director of Marketing at Shearwater Health, where he built a global brand for nurse staffing and clinical outsourcing, supporting thousands of clinicians across the world and several major U.S. health systems.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from James Madison University and is a graduate of the Nashville Fellows Program, a post-graduate leadership development initiative.
Outside of work, he applies his creative skills through freelance media production — including video, photography, and podcasting — and supports his wife’s music career with marketing and promotional strategy. Spencer lives in Nashville with his wife, their two young boys, and their dog.
