John Waters helps oversee implementation, account management, and analytics at EvidenceCare. His focus is on ensuring our customers successfully implement and adopt our products, and that they have the resources and data necessary to monitor, maintain, and optimize that level of success.

Previously, John worked as a Principal at a consulting firm where he focused on acute care and ambulatory EHR system implementations, IT strategy and project management for large-scale health system initiatives, as well as workflow analysis and optimization of software solutions. Prior to consulting, he worked on the revenue cycle team at Epic and holds multiple application certifications.

He graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and also holds an MBA with a concentration in Operations from Purdue.
